INSTRUCTORS

Marcel Lavigne 5th dan (Aikikai), 1st dan iaido	Michelle Lapointe 4th dan (Aikikai)

These two instructors started practicing aikido respectively in 1985 and 1986 at the Montréal Aikikai. They have also extended their expertise by participating in numerous intensive trainings with Japanese Shihan, through USA and Canada, also visiting other dojo (schools), in Europe and Japan. Both of them cumulate years in teaching aikido at the Montréal Aikikai and at McGill University. Both of them have also taught as guest instructors in Québec city and Ottawa. They are also members and Québec province representatives of the Canadian Federation of Aikido which is related to Hombu Dojo (headquarters) in Tokyo.
